Having been in real estate for many years, real estate is the easiest job for me and the hardest job for me. I have met many customers, diverse in personality and needs in each exchange conversation. In particular, the “clash” with fastidious customers is inevitable. However, it is a challenge and opportunity for me to practice my professionalism and improve my skills in sales. The most important thing I learned is how to make customers feel that they are really important, cared for and helped so that they know that you are trying your best to solve their problems. After all my experience, I think that before you continue working with a new customer, it takes time to deal with what has caused you to stumble and fail in the past. Because that is the premise for you to orient, improve the ability to solve problems.
